Traditional QC Inspection vs. LTQM Intensive QC
Not all quality control services are created equally. Traditionally quality control is an inspection process, by which products are checked for consistency. The products that are inconsistent are thrown out; the products that meet standards make it to the customer. As this method works, it lacks efficiency and cost effectiveness yielding a high rate of wastage. As much of the worlds production of building materials moves to China there is an increasing concern for the level of quality available from finished products. LTQM Intensive QC addresses these issues by starting the quality control process well before production even begins. By operating as a third party our QC team is able to create and implement a custom quality control guideline tailored to the needs of the customer. |
