The effect is stunning as natural light and natural stone combine to create a translucent beauty that cannot be duplicated. Like all Thinstone products, it can be made from a broad range of stone varieties, allowing the beauty of natural marble or granite to be easily utilized for almost any application.
The glass reinforcement creates a protective layer for the stone, allowing for application in high-moisture areas such as bath and shower areas where natural stone may not normally be recommended for use. Because of their translucent properties, some recommended stone types for Thinstone Glass are certain marbles, alabaster, and onyx. |
