Thinstone Porcelain is designed specifically to fortify natural stone for tiling applications. The strength of vitrified porcelain provides excellent backing to support a very thin natural stone veneer. The result is a lighter, more durable tile that can be cut into a variety of shapes and sizes. Thinstone Porcelain uses far less stone to cover an area than traditional stone slabs or tiles. This allows for a much broader application of rare and exotic stones and opens the door to ambitious and creative designs no matter how fragile, porous, or brittle the stone. |
